Did you know that Diane Kennedy provides appointments for personal shopping experiences? Although we have a very helpful Fit Guide, as a luxury Plus Size label we appreciate how important fit is to our clientele, which is why we want to make sure we do our best to provide personalized service to you, our customers.
For our online customers, we field any inquiries via phone (toll free 1-877-994-9977) or email (info[at]dianekennedy[dot]com). If you have a question or concern about our clothes, never hesitate to contact us. If you’re lucky enough to live in the Vancouver-area, we love to accommodate any local customers interested in taking a look at our Showroom. Being open Monday-Friday, we are available for appointments from 10-4pm. Simply give us a call (604-683-9279) and let us know when you would like to spend some time with us.
What is a personal shopping experience like at Diane Kennedy?
As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our DK reps (or if you’re lucky, Diane Kennedy herself!) who will spend some individual time with you, granting you all access to not only our most current collection, but our whole inventory including selections from our previous collections. Even if Diane can’t be available for your whole appointment, she is often on hand should you have specific questions about her designs. Our reps are also adept (and always happy to) answer any questions you might have about the fit or availability of our items. We love suggesting outfit combinations as well!
Many of our customers have commented that they appreciate the privacy and opportunity to not be rushed when trying on clothes. Our appointments will give you as much personal time as you need to figure out your perfect Diane Kennedy outfit(s).
