As we continue to wrap up our summer season (we’ve got some great end of season items for sale!) and release New Fall Arrivals, we thought we’d take a moment and mention some helpful tips when shopping with us online.
We want to ensure that every customer that orders from us is just as much in love with our clothes as we are. We appreciate that without the opportunity to try on our pieces, there is the possibility that a customer may encounter a reason which requires an exchange.
While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to exchange regularly priced, unworn merchandise within 21 days. The date of the original purchase will be clearly marked on your receipt. In order for us to efficiently process your exchange, it is very important that we’re contacted directly at 1-877-994-9977 or admin(at)fashionmark(dot)com
A few notes about exchanges:
- All exchanged items must be in their original, unworn condition with all hang tags and labels attached. We retain the right to refuse any exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition.
- Items may not be exchanged at any specialty stores carrying the same brand as purchased at dianekennedy.ca.
- Exchanges that don’t have an exchange authorization number will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Please write the exchange authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
- US Customers MUST ship their exchanges via USPS and include our Return Shipping Label. We highly discourage the use of UPS, due to high brokerage fees. It is very important to communicate with us regarding your package so we can do our best to avoid taxes and duties at the border (we don’t cover any of these expenses).
Local to Vancouver or visiting? Come visit our showroom! While we occasionally open our Showroom to the public for shopping, we love to accommodate anyone interested in taking a look at our Showroom (by appointment only!). Being open Monday-Friday, we’re available for appointments from 10-4pm. Any locals wishing to order online and save on shipping by swinging by our offices to pick up their shipment can definitely do so! Just let us know in the comment/note box as you check out.

As much as we would love to have units available in all sizes at all times, we simply can’t. However, we do our best to announce any new stock or new arrivals on our Social Media. We highly suggest that you give us a “like” on Facebook, or follow us on Twitter and/or Instagram, in order to get the latest news on what items we have available at any given time. The absolutely best way to be up to date with Diane Kennedy is to join our mailing list. Do so and receive a 10% code on your first order!
Each new style in a Diane Kennedy collection is often produced in specific quantities of sizes, based on sizes purchased previously. This helps us determine trends in sizing and cuts down on wasted production.
With the exception of a few items that we continuously carry (like our Playful Tunic & Flex Pant), we like the idea that once a style’s sold out, it becomes a one of a kind item. Best to snap new arrivals up when you can! We can’t guarantee they’ll be available forever!
